"Having driven 40 years in California, I had no idea that I really
did not know how to properly use my vehicle or how to effectively drive
the car. After working 20 hours with another agency, learning nothing
except to spend money and fail the practical exam, I received a referral

I started having driving lessons at a difficult time - I was pregnant and
